Mack - Special Adopter or Rescue Needed!

Big Mack, also known as Mack, Mack Attack, Mackins, Mack-a-licious, and Mr. Mack (in professional settings), is an approximately 1.5 to 2-year-old male Mastiff mix. This lovable lug weighs around 120 pounds and has a few extra pounds that just mean more to snuggle! Mack is an exuberant boy who would thrive in his own home. He needs a special adopter or rescue commitment. A generous donor has offered to help sponsor the cost of his cherry eye surgery, but any adopter would be responsible for any additional costs of care or extra surgeries. Our adoption fee covers his spay/neuter, initial vaccines, and parasite treatment.

Ideal Home

Mack is so-so with other dogs. He's great with dogs that are great with him and seems more excitable and exuberant than anything. Most dogs don't like 120 pounds of Mastiff excitedly bounding toward them, so a home that understands his size and energy level is ideal.

Ongoing Health

Mack will be undergoing cherry eye surgery, with a generous donor sponsoring a portion of the cost. Any adopter will be responsible for any additional costs of care or further surgeries.

Training & Support

Mack is a big boy with a lot of enthusiasm. His exuberance can be a lot for other dogs, so his new family should be prepared to help him manage his excitement around other animals.
