Meet Dexter!

At just shy of a year old and already 57 pounds, Dexter is still growing into his giant paws and even bigger personality. This handsome Anatolian Shepherd mix may look dignified in photos, but spend five minutes with him and you'll quickly discover his true purpose in life: enthusiastically giving hugs to everyone he meets. Athletic, curious, playful, and smart, Dexter moves through the world with full puppy enthusiasm and zero concern for personal space. He can go from zooming around the yard to snuggling his beloved leopard print blankie in record time. One minute he looks like a majestic livestock guardian, the next he's acting like an oversized toddler who just wants to be included in everything. Despite his future giant-dog status, Dexter has an incredibly sweet and gentle heart. He does wonderfully with kids and dogs of all sizes.

Ideal Home

Dexter would love a home where he can be included in all family activities. He's already housetrained and loves to snuggle his blankie.

Dexter is neutered and fully vaccinated.
