About Shredder Ninja Turtle

Shredder is a stunning 6.5-month-old brindle boy whose proof that sometimes the best really is saved for last. The last of his litter, this handsome pup is what we like to call bomb proof—easygoing, adaptable, and ready to fit into just about any loving home. We think he's a Pittie/Catahoula mix, but whatever his DNA says, 100% of it is good boy. He is incredibly well-mannered for such a young pup and already has all the basics down. He's crate trained, potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and is quickly becoming his foster mom's favorite running partner. If you've been dreaming of a four-legged jogging buddy, Shredder is already lacing up his imaginary sneakers. When he's not out exploring, he's happy to curl up for snuggles or entertain himself with a pile of toys. He has that perfect puppy balance of playful energy and a soft, cuddly side that melts hearts. Shredder has been around dogs of all ages and personalities and gets along wonderfully with everyone—even the grumpy senior dogs who appreciate their personal space. Because he's such a thoughtful, well-behaved pup, we think he has great potential to live with cats as well, and we're happy to cat test him for the right family. Shredder is up to date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip.

Transporation

Shredder is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
