Meet Dill Pickle! This handsome 6-year-old German Shepherd is a ball-chasing, couch-cuddling superstar who is ready for his forever home. Dill Pickle has plenty of energy for games of fetch and long walks, and he loves to investigate everything with his nose. While he enjoys the company of other dogs, he really shines as the center of attention and would love to be your loyal shadow. He's incredibly treat-motivated and eager to learn, though he might not always be aware of his own size – he believes "personal space" is just more room for cuddles! After a good play session, Dill Pickle is happy to relax by your side, soaking up affection. He's a big-hearted boy who just wants a family to share his days with.

All vetting is up-to-date, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
Training & Support
Dill Pickle is treat-motivated and eager to learn. While he can settle himself when needed, he thrives on companionship and attention. He would benefit from continued training and a family who understands that he is a rescue dog.

Transportation
Dill Pickle is available for transportation in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH. AZ transport is coming soon! Transport ranges from $100-500, with private custom transport routes available upon request. Texas Adopters have a $250 flat rate fee for transporting within the state. Animals are transported in air-conditioned buses or vans with onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You can follow along on their journey through a private Facebook Event page. Our Adoption Coordinator will help find the closest transport pickup location to you. For those being picked up at our Angleton, TX location, there is a $75 fee that includes all vetting.
