Louie is a handsome 7-year-old terrier mix who is housetrained and ready to find his forever home. He's a loyal companion who loves long walks, hikes, and plenty of cuddle time. Louie is described as a bit fearful of new people, but once he forms a bond, he's incredibly loving and affectionate. He knows his basic commands and would thrive with a confident human leader who understands dog behavior to help guide and relax him.

Louie would do best in a calm, relaxed, yet outdoorsy and active home. He's looking for a confident human leader with some knowledge of dog language to help him feel secure. A home without children or other pets would be ideal for Louie at this time.

Louie is fully vetted, up to date with vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.

Louie knows his basic commands and is very loyal. He can be a bit fearful of people unknown to him, so a confident leader who understands dog language will be key to helping him relax and form bonds.
