Goose

Meet Goose! This handsome boy is a true gem, despite being deaf, he doesn't let it slow him down one bit! Goose is a playful pup who loves to zoom around, but he's also a cuddle bug who enjoys relaxing on the couch with his people. He's a large boy who's still learning his own strength, so a home with older children aged 10 and up would be best. Goose is a quick learner and is already mastering hand cues for "sit" with the help of treats. He's potty-trained, but if you don't have a doggie door, he'll need some guidance on learning to signal when he needs to go outside. He's a goofy and fun-loving companion who is sure to bring a smile to your face every day.

Ideal Home

Goose would do best in a home with older children (10+) due to his size and enthusiasm. A home with another dog to play with would be ideal, but he's also happy as an only pet. A securely fenced yard with a fence of 6 feet or taller would be best, as he's not a jumper but has a lot of playful energy.

Ongoing Health

Goose is up to date on his vaccines, is microchipped, and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Goose is learning to sit with hand cues and is a quick learner, but will benefit from continued training. He is potty trained, but may need some reinforcement on asking to go outside if a doggie door is not available.
