Miley is a 2 1/2-year-old, 65-pound Shepherd mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She's an athlete, a best friend, and a couch companion all rolled into one! Miley is smart, eager to learn, and loves to earn treats. She already knows how to sit, shake, and lie down, and her love for food makes training a joy. She also enjoys a good game of fetch and would thrive with a family who enjoys continuing her training and keeping her mind engaged. Her favorite activity is anything involving balls – toss one and watch her go!
Ideal Home
Miley needs a home with a physically fenced yard where she can safely run, play, and burn off energy. While she enjoys canine company, introductions to new dogs should be thoughtful and controlled, as she can be reactive if a dog approaches her fearfully. She would do well as an only dog or with a well-socialized canine companion who is not overly competitive. Miley is wonderful with children and forms strong bonds with her people, so a home that values connection and is prepared to give her the security she needs would be ideal.

Miley is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
Training & Support
Miley is housetrained and has excellent house manners. While she's generally good with other dogs, she can be reactive due to past negative experiences. She takes cues from other dogs and will respond well to calm, respectful introductions. Thoughtful and controlled introductions are key to her success.
