Jax

Jax is a handsome, 3-year-old, solid black Lab mix with a heart full of fun and playfulness. He's a loving boy who knows some commands and is quite intelligent. Jax has had some training, but he can be a bit shy around new people and will need continued socialization and training to build his confidence. He gets along wonderfully with his foster sisters and just needs slow introductions to unfamiliar dogs. Because he hasn't been around children, we recommend a home without little ones. Jax is a great companion, especially for someone with an active lifestyle. He doesn't chew on things he shouldn't, but keep an eye on those tissues!

Ideal Home

Jax would do best in an active home where he can continue to build his confidence. We do not recommend a home with small children, as he has no experience with them.

Ongoing Health

Jax is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Jax is intelligent and has had some training, but he is uncomfortable around strangers and needs further socialization to overcome his fears. He also needs slow introductions to new dogs. Keep an eye on him around tissues!
