Ranger Journey

Meet Ranger Journey! Ranger is an approximately 2-month-old puppy, weighing about 8.6 lbs. He's believed to be a Pit Bull/Lab mix, but as with all rescues, this is our best guess! Ranger is a sweet, handsome pup with a sleek black coat, adorable white markings, and soft puppy features. He's a gentle and easygoing guy who truly embraces the "play hard, nap harder" lifestyle.

Ranger loves toys and playing with his siblings, but he also knows the importance of a good nap. He can go from playtime to completely passed out in a matter of moments! When he's awake, Ranger is incredibly affectionate and enjoys spending time with people. He's happiest when he's getting attention, cuddles, or just hanging out near his humans.

Ranger will need a family committed to puppy training, socialization, routine, and patience.

Training & Support

Ranger is still learning about the world and will need a family dedicated to providing structure, boundaries, and positive experiences. Adopters are required to begin crate training immediately upon arrival to aid with potty training, confidence building, and developing healthy habits.

Transporation

Ranger is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
