Yaira

Born around October 2024 in the lush hills near Pitillal, Puerto Vallarta, Yaira’s story began in a small riverbed where she and her five siblings were rescued alongside their devoted mama, Yoli. Life didn’t start easy—two of her siblings didn’t make it—but Yaira bounced forward with a heart full of joy and a tail that never stops wagging. This pretty pup is a bundle of energy wrapped in sunshine. She’s playful, social, and loves making friends with other dogs. Whether she’s trotting confidently on a leash or turning a patch of gravel into her personal dance floor, Yaira brings the party wherever she goes. She’s currently living in an outdoor shelter, so she’ll need a little help learning the comforts of home life—like where the treats are kept and how cozy a couch can be. But with her zest for life and love of companionship, she’s more than ready to learn. If you’re looking for a joyful, high-spirited sidekick with a heart as big as the hills she came from, Yaira is ready to leap into your life—and your heart.

She can fly once the heat embargo is removed. Most common, but not limited to, flight angel destinations are: Calgary, Edmonton, Victoria and Vancouver.
