Waffles

Waffles is an 8-month-old puppy who began his journey as a timid feral adventurer. He was initially very wary of humans, but he's been making wonderful progress every single day. He's mastering important puppy skills like leash walking, sleeping through the night, and has discovered that his crate is a comfortable and safe space. Waffles is also diligently working on his potty training and gets along well with other dogs. While he's learning to trust, Waffles may sometimes growl, which is his way of communicating that he feels scared and needs a moment to himself. Once he feels secure, his curious and playful puppy nature shines through, revealing a brave, expressive, and personality-filled companion. Waffles is ready to find a loving home where he can continue to blossom into the best breakfast buddy imaginable!

Waffles would do best in a home that understands his need for space and patience as he builds confidence. He enjoys the company of other dogs.

Training & Support

Waffles is crate-trained and is working on his potty training. He may growl when he feels scared or unsure, but this is not a sign of aggression. With patience and positive reinforcement, he will learn to trust and express himself more comfortably.
