Critter is a 45-pound, five-year-old pittie mix with a beautiful blue coat and a personality that's a perfect blend of hilarious, laid-back, and incredibly loving. He has a talent for turning ordinary afternoons into the highlight of your week, even if he does end up napping through most of it, ideally in your lap. Critter enjoys playtime, especially with water, but his true passion is napping. While he'll happily engage in a game of chase, once the excitement subsides, he'll be seeking out your personal space and planning his next couch takeover. He's also dog-friendly and seems to enjoy showing off for his canine friends. Critter is affectionate with his people, crate trained, leash trained, and generally easy to live with. He doesn't require constant entertainment, just the occasional splash of water, a bit of play, and plenty of opportunities for lounging. Critter is a truly special dog, funny without even trying, loving without being needy, and mellow enough that you'll wonder how you ever lived without your 45-pound couch-hogging, heart-stealing sidekick.
Ideal Home
Critter thrives with a family who appreciates his playful spirit and his love for lounging. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended to ensure the best fit for both Critter and the family.

Critter is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. Transports depart weekly.
