Tibbet

Tibbet is a charming 10-month-old terrier mix who arrived with us from the Dog Warden. He was picked up as a stray, and since no one came to claim him, we're dedicated to finding him a wonderful, loving forever home. Tibbet is a very sweet boy, but he does take a little time to warm up to new people. It's important to approach him calmly and quietly, as this gentle demeanor is likely needed to help him learn to trust again after potentially being shooed away in the past. He's made a fantastic start on building that trust with us, and he's also learning that other dogs are friendly companions and doesn't seem to mind the cats in his foster environment. Tibbet weighs 31 lbs and would do best with a fenced yard to give him the space he needs to decompress and feel secure.

Ideal Home

Tibbet would do best in a home with a fenced yard to provide him with a safe space to decompress and explore.

Ongoing Health

Tibbet is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered and microchipped.

Training & Support

Tibbet is learning to trust again and is doing well with other dogs and cats. Continued calm and quiet introductions to new people will help him build confidence.
