About Taro

Taro is a very sweet black lab mix who was rescued with a huge gash on his face, which our team hypothesized may have been from a firecracker. After months of bandaging and healing, Taro is a healthy pup and his wound has healed so beautifully! This sweet boy is so happy to be alive and really gives off that energy. He will wag your tail and give a big smile when you meet him.

Ideal Home

Taro would love a home that can appreciate his happy-go-lucky attitude! He is known to do well with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Taro has fully recovered from his facial wound and is now a healthy, happy boy. He has been neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Taro is not yet house-trained and would benefit from consistent training and patience in his new home.
