Meet Groundhog, the boy who is 10% tongue, 90% happy, and 100% ready to be your new best friend! Groundhog is a social butterfly who thinks every human he meets is a friend he hasn't boogied for yet. He's a velcro companion who lives for connection and loves to lean his whole weight into you, burying his head in your lap. He's a Pitbull mix weighing in at a sturdy 47 lbs with a big heart and an even bigger, happy pink tongue that's always out! Groundhog is a goofball who will keep you laughing and loves cuddles and head rubs. He's a sensitive, sweet gentleman who tackles every day with a wagging tail and a heart full of joy.
Ideal Home
Groundhog would love a home with a fenced-in yard where he can zoom, "boogie," and sunbathe. He's looking for a family that understands that the best things in life are worth a little extra love and patience. He's a chill vibes kind of guy who would be best paired with a low to medium energy dog, but he's also happy to be the one and only star of the home. Groundhog is a bit shy around kitties, but a trial slumber party can be arranged to see if they can be besties.
Ongoing Health
Groundhog is a healthy boy, and his adoption fee includes all vetting, vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and microchipping.
