Salt

Salt is a 3-year-old, 60-pound Husky with a whole lot of love to give and an energetic spirit to match! He's looking for an active family who enjoys the outdoors and wants a furry fitness coach to join them on their adventures. Salt is a social butterfly with other dogs and absolutely thrives in a multi-dog household. He's a true "dogs' dog" and loves to play with his foster siblings. While he loves canine companionship, he prefers a cat-free home. Salt can be a little shy around new people, especially men, but with a little patience and some tasty treats, he'll warm up and become your most loyal friend.

Ideal Home

Salt would thrive in an active home with a family that enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and jogging. He's looking for a home with other doggy friends to play with, but he must be in a cat-free environment. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended to ensure the best fit for everyone.

Training & Support

Salt is already crate-trained and has excellent house manners. He's a master of indoor etiquette, so you won't have to worry about any surprise messes or chewed-up belongings. He does need a little extra encouragement to warm up to new people, but with patience and treats, he'll be your shadow in no time.
