Gingerbread

Gingerbread is a 3.5 month old, 7.5 lb female Chihuahua/Border Terrier mix. She's a shy but sweet fuzzball who loves to cuddle and play with her siblings. Gingerbread was initially scared in her new foster home, but with patience, she's become a friendly love bug. She's crate and potty-pad trained, and is learning to go potty outdoors in a fenced yard. Gingerbread would do best with a confident, friendly dog to be her mentor and a family who will help her build confidence.

Ideal Home

A home with a patient family who can help her build confidence. She would also love a friendly, confident doggy companion.

Ongoing Health

Gingerbread has received all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) and has been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Gingerbread is crate trained and potty-pad trained. She is learning to go potty outdoors and is also learning to use doggy stairs. She will need continued socialization and confidence-building.

Transportation

Gingerbread is currently in South Texas and can be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and other East and West Coast states, with placement in her adoptive family's home.
