Say hello to Harper, the embodiment of joy and companionship!

This young boy is a bundle of positive traits -- sweet, friendly, curious, gentle, smart, playful, energetic, loyal, cuddly, shy, goofy, and funny. Harper is a 2-year-old French bulldog mix at 45 lbs. He loves to go on leashed walks, especially if he can carry along a toy in his mouth. He gets along with other dogs and has not reacted to cats or other animals on walks. Harper is always a high-spirited, wiggly boy eager to engage happily with people. His sweet demeanor and friendly nature make every day brighter! Sadly, he had a rough start in life. He ended up in a pound not once, but 3 times, being betrayed. Yet, he maintained his joyful spirit and hopes that 3rd time is a charm! Fingers crossed.
