Erin is a beautiful senior Golden Retriever/German Shepherd mix with a gentle heart and a loyal spirit. She was sadly returned when her previous family faced serious medical challenges and could no longer care for her, a heartbreaking change for a dog who has clearly known love and companionship. Through it all, Erin has remained sweet, calm, and affectionate, always ready for a kind word, a soft place to rest, and someone to stay close to. She shares a special friendship with her companion Kishke, and the two bring each other comfort as they adjust to this new chapter in life. Erin has so much love to give and is hoping to find a forever family who will treasure her for the wonderful dog she is.
