My name is Freya, and I'm almost 5 years old. I've been with Dog Gone Rescue for almost 4 years, and while I like it here, my foster mom says I deserve a forever home where I can get the attention and training I need. I aim to please, but I can be a little picky about my humans at first, taking a few minutes to decide if I'll let them love me. If I decide I like you, I promise lots of kisses, no chewing your things, and I don't mind kenneling up! I'll even sit or shake for a treat – I really do want to please my pet parents.

My foster mom takes great care of me. My knees used to hurt, making it hard to get around, but thanks to her noticing and taking me to a kind doctor, my knees have been fixed! I'm no longer in pain and can run like the wind. I love playing with my neighbor Conway, and I would absolutely love a fenced-in yard in my new home to run and play in. I also enjoy lounging in the sunshine with a nice breeze.

I am eager to please and happy to learn new things, and I'm working on my manners. I know "sit" and "shake" for treats.

Transportation

I am currently located with Dog Gone Rescue. Transport can be arranged to approved adopters.
