John is a 9-month-old, male, large breed mix with a sweet, gentle nature and a heart full of love. Despite a tough beginning, he remains curious and eager to understand his world, quietly joining in on the fun when he's ready. John loves people, enjoys the company of other dogs, and has an easygoing presence that makes him a pleasure to be around. He was part of a litter of 10 puppies found abandoned and severely neglected, but John has shown incredible resilience and a remarkable capacity for connection. He sports beautiful yellow/tan and white coloring, a soft coat, and striking light-colored eyes. John is now ready for a loving family to give him the secure and cherished life he deserves.
