He's a wonderful mix of playful energy and cozy companion, perfect for those who enjoy both adventure and relaxation. Volunteers adore Rook, describing him as an absolute sweetheart who's guaranteed to bring smiles. He's a master of the adorable belly rub pose and is highly treat-motivated, making training a breeze. Rook already knows "sit" and is eager to please, so he's ready to show off his smarts! When he first arrived, Rook was a little shy and hesitant, but once he's outside and feeling secure, his true affectionate nature shines through.

Rook would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of attention and affection. While he enjoys interacting with other dogs, he can be a bit excitable and needs guidance in how to greet them appropriately.
