Ginger

Meet Ginger, an 11-year-old sweet senior girl who is ready for her forever home. Ginger's owner had to move into an assisted living facility, and sadly, she was left behind. For the past few weeks, Ginger has been waiting patiently, sometimes for over 24 hours, for her human to return. She's now in a shelter environment, which is understandably terrifying after spending her whole life in a loving home. Despite her recent upheaval, Ginger is an absolutely amazing dog. She is gentle, loving, friendly with dogs and cats, and her greatest desire is to feel comfort and safety again. Senior dogs deserve a soft place to land during their golden years, and Ginger is no exception. She's looking for someone to love her through this next chapter of her life.

Ginger would thrive in a home where she can feel safe and loved. As a senior dog who has always lived in a home, a quiet and stable environment would be ideal for her.
