Persephone

Persephone is a medium-sized spayed female who is looking for her forever home! She is a sweet, loyal, and incredibly trainable companion who loves to be by your side. Persephone has made amazing progress during her time in foster care and is ready to continue her journey with a loving family. She enjoys cuddles, playtime, and has a playful spirit that is sure to bring joy to your life.

Ideal Home

Persephone would do best in a home with a securely fenced-in yard where she can safely run and play. She would also thrive in a home without other pets. Older, dog-savvy children are recommended due to her occasionally rambunctious play style.

Ongoing Health

Persephone is up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped.

Training & Support

Persephone knows several commands including sit, stay, lay down, shake, and high five. She is working on "drop it" and "off" (for jumping up) and leash manners. She can be a bit reactive to other animals on walks, but with redirection and continued training, she is making great progress. Providing her with enrichment games and consistent training will help her continue to succeed.
