Xena is a sweet and affectionate girl who absolutely adores people! She's known for her signature kisses and loves nothing more than to shower her favorite humans with affection. When she's not busy snuggling, Xena is a playful pup who enjoys a good romp and plenty of fun. But don't worry, she also appreciates a good nap and is happy to be a couch potato. She's a true "people's dog" and would make a wonderful addition to a family that can give her all the love and attention she deserves.
Ideal Home
Xena would do best in a home where she can be the center of attention, as she is not good with other dogs and is selective.
Ongoing Health
Xena's adoption fee includes her spay surgery, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), a negative heartworm test (if she is 6+ months old at transport), a negative fecal exam within 14 days of transport, a health certificate within 10 days of transport, a registered microchip, and transport costs.
Training & Support
Xena is a people-loving dog, so ensuring she gets plenty of positive interaction and continued socialization with humans will help her thrive.

- The adoption application and fee would be finalized and paid in full prior to receiving your dog.
- As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on a video call (FB Messenger Call, Facetime, Zoom, Etc).

Xena is currently fostered in Texas but is available for adoption throughout the country thanks to our transport program.
