About Pretty Penny

At just 3 months old and 12 pounds, Penny is already serving up main character energy with her adorable black-and-white lab mix looks… and then BAM — those hound ears show up like she accidentally wandered out of a cartoon. Her foster family says Penny approaches life with full confidence and absolutely no coordination. She gallops through the yard like a tiny baby deer, occasionally forgets how corners work, and has been caught carrying around leaves like they are priceless treasures. She believes every toy is the greatest toy ever invented… for approximately 47 seconds before moving on to the next one. One minute she’s bravely protecting the house from an evil paper towel roll… the next she’s passed out upside down snoring like she just worked a double shift. Penny is equal parts goofy, cuddly, sweet, and chaotic in the most lovable way possible. And those ears… they flop when she runs, they bounce when she plays, and sometimes one sticks straight up while the other gives up entirely. It’s impossible to look at her without smiling. But underneath all the puppy silliness is an incredibly loving little girl who just wants a family of her own. Penny adores people, loves attention, and is learning all about toys, routines, cuddles, and the very important schedule of snack distribution in her foster home. We expect Penny to grow to approximately 45–50 pounds full grown — the perfect size for adventures, couch snuggles, and being your loyal sidekick for years to come.
