Penny Bun Mushroom is approximately seven months old and may be a Pit Bull/German Shepherd mix. She's a sweet, affectionate puppy who adores people and shows excellent leash manners for her age, often trotting beside her handler. Penny Bun has a special bond with stuffed toys, carrying them around as comfort items. She's also social and respectful with other dogs, showing submissive and easygoing behavior during play and handling corrections well. Her initial interactions with a cat were polite and calm, suggesting potential for a feline friend with slow introductions. Penny Bun is gentle and sweet with children, and her calm indoor demeanor and medium energy level might make her suitable for an apartment with proper enrichment. She’s playful yet not overwhelming, cuddly without being clingy, and social without being chaotic, possessing a balanced and happy energy that makes her truly special.

Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
