Waffles McGee (Duece)

Waffles McGee, also known as Duece, is a handsome 1-year and 7-month-old male Staffordshire Mix who weighs around 55 lbs. This squishy-faced, big-hearted boy has been through more than we’ll probably ever fully know, but he still believes in people and greets everyone with a soft wag. He walks nicely on leash and just wants to be close, possessing a goofy, lovable personality with a bounce in his step and a whole lot of love to give. Waffles McGee is healing, and he’s looking for someone who will see past his rough start and into the incredible dog he’s becoming.

Ideal Home

Waffles McGee would thrive in a home with a confident, patient owner who can provide structure, love, and time to decompress. He would do best with someone who understands strong, loyal breeds and is ready for a true companion. Older kids are recommended for this sweet boy.

Ongoing Health

Waffles McGee is neutered, vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, DA2PP), and microchipped. He is currently heartworm positive and is being treated, with guidance provided to the adopter.

Training & Support

While he walks well on leash, his house-training status is unknown but likely achievable with a routine. He would likely do well with crate training. He is selective with other dogs and needs proper introductions. His compatibility with cats is unknown.
