Rusty is a charming 4-year-old Retriever/Lab mix, weighing around 55 pounds, who is as calm and gentle as they come. He came to us from a high-intake shelter where he was at risk due to overcrowding. Thankfully, our rescue stepped in to give him the second chance he truly deserves. Now, in his foster home, Rusty is thriving and has become an integral part of the family, happily coexisting with two other dogs and three teenage boys. He's a true snuggle bug who adores relaxing on the couch with his people. Rusty enjoys playtime with his canine companions but is equally content just being by your side. He's a very good boy who patiently sits for brushing and is already house-trained and crate-trained. He even enjoys lounging in his crate with the door left open! His foster family describes him as friendly, gentle, and a truly wonderful companion.

Rusty is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. He will receive a final veterinary health inspection before joining his forever family.
