Scruffy

Scruffy is a sweet, playful, and patient 6-year-old Lhasa Apso whose owner recently passed away. Although his family would prefer to keep him, they are unable to do so, and Scruffy is ready for the right home. He is located in Akron, Ohio, and loves everyone.
