Athena

Athena is a delightful mix of an adventure buddy and a cuddle companion. She enjoys leisurely walks, eagerly observing rabbits and squirrels, but she's equally content basking in the sun with her favorite elephant toy or napping near her loved ones. This intelligent girl thrives on routine and is a motivated learner. She already knows "sit," is perfecting her fetch skills (especially when peanut butter is involved), and gets adorably excited for meals, outdoor time, and all the little joys life offers. Ice chips, chicken treats, belly rubs, and window watching are high on her list of favorite things. Athena is athletic, affectionate, and forms deep connections with her people, offering comfort and becoming an integral part of your heart.

Ongoing Health

All current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter (for pets 6 months and older), and a heartworm test (if over 6 months old) are included. She will be current on flea and heartworm prevention, and a veterinarian will complete a health exam and issue a certificate within 10 days of adoption.

Training & Support

Athena is eager to learn and already knows "sit." She is working on fetch and enjoys positive reinforcement with treats and praise.

Athena is currently in Fort Worth, Texas, but is available for transport to an agreed-upon location.
