Shep

Shep is a wonderful pup! He's smart, pretty quiet, and responds well to training, already mastering a polite "sit" for his food. He's a calm traveler in the car and settles nicely in his crate, especially with a frozen Kong to keep him entertained. Shep enjoys meeting new people and dogs, and isn't easily fazed – even fireworks didn't bother him! When he's not playing fetch or tug-of-war with his favorite squeaky toys, he loves to lounge on the sofa. Shep is a great mix of affectionate and independent, and his leash manners are coming along beautifully. A couple of fun quirks: he enjoys "dunking" for ice cubes in his water bowl and has developed a taste for those pesky Japanese beetles!

Ideal Home

Shep would love a family to invite him in. He enjoys both lounging and playing, and would likely be a great fit for many households.
