Tootsie may have had a rough start in life as a stray, but this lovable boy is ready to find a home where he can show off his sweet, affectionate side. Like his namesake, Tootsie is all about sweetness, but he's also strong and resilient. Once you've earned his trust, Tootsie becomes a big baby -- cuddly, affectionate, and eager to shower his humans with love.

Ideal Home

Tootsie thrives with the right person who can offer him the calm and understanding he deserves. He is not compatible with other animals or children.

Ongoing Health

All AAF dogs are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. They are also tested for heartworms, and treated for both intestinal parasites and fleas.

Training & Support

Tootsie needs someone with experience in handling dogs, someone who understands his specific needs and can give him the space and structure he needs to feel safe and loved.

• The adoption fee for dogs 5 months and older is $135.
• Occasionally, there are promotions for discounted adoption fees.

Transporation

Tootsie is available to be met at our facility during our operating hours:

• Monday-Friday 11 AM - 7 PM
• Saturday 11 AM - 4 PM
• Sunday 12 PM - 4 PM
• Closed Holidays
