Helen

Helen is a delightful 1-year-old Shepherd mix with an infectious happy spirit and a perpetual case of the zoomies! She came to us as a stray and is now eagerly waiting to trade shelter life for a cozy couch, a fun yard, and her very own humans. Helen is a smart girl who keeps her kennel clean when given regular potty breaks and already knows the "sit" command. She's currently working on "down" and is keen to learn at her own pace. While she appreciates treats, she has a unique preference for "room service" – meaning she'd rather you place them on the floor for her than take them directly from your hand. This polite queen certainly has her dining preferences! Helen gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, and her playful, goofy side truly shines when she's doing her zoomies around the yard. She's looking for a home where she can continue to build her confidence, keep learning new things, and spread her joyful energy everywhere she goes.
