Latte is a 1-year-old, 52-pound Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix who is spayed and ready to bring joy to an active home! This sweet girl is a bundle of energy and eager to please, with a love for learning new things. She's already mastered "sit" and "down," and with her treat motivation, she'll pick up new commands in no time! Latte has shown great gentleness around small children and babies, and she enjoys the company of other dogs, having had positive interactions with both small dogs and puppies. She's fully house-trained, comfortable in her crate for several hours, and doesn't seem to suffer from separation anxiety. Latte is a loving and affectionate pup who truly wants to be a good companion, and with continued guidance and positive reinforcement, she'll blossom into an amazing member of her forever family.
Ideal Home
Latte is a high-energy dog who would thrive in an active household that can provide plenty of physical exercise and ongoing training. She would absolutely love a canine sibling who enjoys playing, as she can get quite bouncy around new dogs. If she were to be the only pet, she would still require daily exercise and enrichment to ensure she remains happy and well-adjusted.
Ongoing Health
Latte is a healthy, spayed female.
Training & Support
Latte is still working on her leash manners and can be a bit nervous in new environments, tending to hang back. Her foster mom is actively helping her build confidence by exposing her to new places. While she doesn't react to people or other dogs on walks, continued positive reinforcement and confidence-building exercises will be beneficial.
