Chico

Chico is a delightful 1.5-year-old Chiweenie with a big personality! He was surrendered by a couple who had rescued him from a difficult situation where he experienced the use of a shock collar. As a result, Chico can experience separation anxiety, but he makes up for it with incredibly enthusiastic greetings when you return! He absolutely adores kisses and will happily snuggle on your lap. Chico has already begun his veterinary care and will soon be heartworm tested, vaccinated for rabies, and neutered.

Chico would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of affection and attention.

Chico will be heartworm tested, receive his rabies vaccination, and be neutered soon.

Training & Support

Chico has separation anxiety and may need some support to help him feel more comfortable when left alone. Positive reinforcement methods will be best for helping him adjust.
