- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive an "Approval Letter" via text.
- Following the approval letter, you will receive the "Transport Roster Information form" to select your pickup location.
- A $75 transport fee is due upfront to secure your adoption and transport.
- The remaining adoption fee of $150 is due upon pickup.

Helen is currently located at our rescue in Texarkana, Texas. We offer transport to the following locations on July 15th (departure evening of July 14th):
- Arnold, Missouri (PetSmart Parking Lot): Estimated arrival 1:00-3:00 AM CST
- Springfield, Illinois (PetSmart Parking Lot): Estimated arrival 4:00-6:00 AM CST
- Bloomington, Illinois (PetSmart Parking Lot): Estimated arrival 8:00-9:00 AM CST
- Lafayette, Indiana (PetSmart Parking Lot): Estimated arrival 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
- Rockford, Illinois (PetSmart Parking Lot): Estimated arrival 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
You can also arrange to pick Helen up directly from our rescue in Texarkana, Texas after your application is approved. We will provide a live Google Maps link so you can track our transport progress. All pickups are in the parking areas, not inside the stores. Our transport vehicle is a white Ford Transit 350 with our rescue logo on the doors.
