Mesa

Hi, my name is Mesa! I'm a playful pup with adorable white mitten paws, floppy ears, and a fluffy tail. I love to hop around like a bunny when I'm playing with my toys, and when I get really excited, I get the zoomies and race around the house! I came all the way from New Mexico to find my forever family. My mom was a pit bull mix and my dad was a boxer.

Ideal Home

I would love a home with a big yard to run and play in, and I'd be thrilled to have other fur-siblings to share my adventures with! I also really love kids and lots of toys!

Ongoing Health

I'm a healthy girl and came from a litter of seven puppies.

Training & Support

I'm doing super well with potty training and use the door bells to let my foster parents know when I need to go out. I'm working on loving my kennel, and my foster parents are making it fun with kennel games! At night, I sleep in my kennel in their bedroom. I've already mastered "sit" and am working on "stay," "place," "come," and "down." I'm also practicing recall, impulse control, and focus. My biggest motivators are treats and toys! I can be a bit dominant when scared but become submissive when I'm comfortable.
