Meet Sage PC!

Sage is a wonderfully sweet and loyal boy, about 2 years old and weighing in at a solid 80 pounds. He's a striking mix, with a coloring that might remind you of a Jack Russell Terrier, but his foster mom believes he's a Labrador/Husky mix. Sage was neutered before arriving at the shelter. He's a gentle giant who is calm for his age and has a lot of love to give. He's described as a "shadow" or "Velcro" dog because he loves to be by your side. Sage enjoys running in the yard, going for walks, and knows how to "sit." He's also incredibly lovable and enjoys his squeaky toys, his bed, and of course, plenty of pats. Sage's foster mom notes he has very striking eyes!

Ideal Home

Sage is looking for a family that will offer him the forever home he deserves, one where he will never be left behind again. He has experience with children and is good with other dogs, having lived with five kids and two dogs in his previous home. However, he is not good with cats.

Ongoing Health

Sage is already neutered. No other health concerns were noted in his listing.

Training & Support

Sage is potty trained and knows basic commands like "sit." Due to his past experience of being abandoned, he can be a bit clingy, which is understandable given what he's been through. He needs a family that will provide him with consistent love and security.
