Meet King, a distinguished 9-year-old, 60-pound Pitbull mix with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for his next adventure! King is a true survivor; he was rescued from a crowded shelter in Houston and bravely completed his heartworm treatment, emerging healthy and full of gratitude for his second chance at life. He adores making new human friends, enjoys leisurely walks, and is an expert napper. While he appreciates a good snooze, King also has plenty of energy for playtime and is known to be quite the charmer, especially with the ladies. He would thrive in a home with a resident female dog, as he seems to prefer female companionship. He is already crate-trained and a perfect gentleman.
