Rabbit is approximately 1 month old and weighs around 3 lbs. He's a chunky, gentle little boy with the sweetest expression, possibly a Jack Russell Terrier or Chihuahua mix. Rabbit is a thoughtful observer who enjoys watching the world before joining in the fun. He's quietly affectionate, often leaning in for cuddles or gently asking to be picked up. Like any puppy, he also has playful moments, enjoying wrestling with his siblings and exploring toys with his imagination. Raising Rabbit will require commitment to his training and socialization, including crate training, establishing routines, and providing positive experiences.
Ideal Home
A family that is ready to commit to the time, patience, training, and socialization that comes with raising a puppy.
Ongoing Health
Rabbit is a young puppy and is up-to-date on his vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, and a heartworm test.
Training & Support
Rabbit is still very young and will need a family that's ready to commit to all the time, patience, training, and socialization that come with raising a puppy. Establishing routines, providing structure, setting healthy boundaries, and introducing him to the world through positive experiences will all help him grow into a confident, well-rounded adult dog. We require our adopters to begin crate training as soon as their new puppy comes home, as it plays an important role in potty training, learning good habits, managing puppy energy, and helping puppies feel safe and secure.
