Meet Lady – Your High-Energy Shadow with a Heart Full of Love

Lady is a spirited 1-year-old Shepherd mix with boundless energy, endless love, and a heart of gold. She’s still learning the ropes of being a grown-up dog, but she’s already crate-trained, enjoys playing fetch, and absolutely thrives on being close to her person. If you’re moving—she’s right there. Resting? She’s on the couch next to you. She’s the ultimate companion dog for someone who wants a loving shadow. Lady is full of personality and energy. She’ll play all day if you let her—then crash for cuddles and kisses on the couch. She follows me everywhere and wants nothing more than to be part of whatever I’m doing.

Ideal Home

Lady would do best in an active home with a yard, lots of mental stimulation, and a confident adopter ready to help her shine. She would benefit from a home with a medium to large dog who can match her energy and is tolerant of her playful nature. Lady is best suited for a home without cats.

Ongoing Health

Lady is a healthy young dog.

Training & Support

Lady is mostly house-trained and is crate-trained with doggy door access. She is still working on food guarding and reactivity with unfamiliar dogs. She enjoys her toys, especially her Kong with frozen peanut butter or a sturdy split antler. She is still figuring out what's okay to chew, so continued training and supervision are recommended. With structure, consistency, and plenty of exercise, Lady will thrive.
