XENA "Super cuddler!" (Currently in Puerto Rico)

Meet Xena, a "super cuddler" who is approximately 5-5.5 months old and was around 20 lbs as of December 31, 2024. We anticipate she'll be a medium-sized dog, weighing between 35-40 lbs when fully grown. Xena is likely a Lab mix with some shepherd, given her coloring and the neighborhood where she was rescued with her mom. She has the wonderful advantage of having lived in a home with a foster family for several months, so she's already well-acquainted with home life!

Xena truly shines with her affectionate nature. She absolutely adores cuddling, kisses, and being petted, always wanting to be right by your side. Her foster mom reports that Xena is very connected to her humans, seems attuned to their moods, and loves to provide a comforting presence. She gets along beautifully with all the dogs in her foster home, regardless of their age or size, and she has a blast playing with her siblings and her toys. She's a quintessential happy puppy! Xena would also be a fantastic companion for children, as her young age is matched by her heart of gold.

Xena thrives on love and attention and would do best in a home that can match her affectionate spirit.

Ongoing Health

Xena is doing great with house training. As with any puppy transitioning to a new environment, a new routine will need to be established, so please be prepared for some continued training.

Xena is a typical happy puppy who loves to play and is eager to please. Consistency and positive reinforcement will be key as she settles into her new home.
