Sebastian, a 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, is a sweet and quiet pup who prefers cuddles to chaos. Found abandoned with eight other puppies, Sebastian has quickly become the resident snuggler in his foster home. He's gentle, loving, and happiest when curled up in your arms, making him the perfect companion for anyone seeking a soft-hearted best friend. As he's still growing and learning, Sebastian weighs about 3 pounds but will continue to gain.
Ideal Home
Sebastian will thrive in a home where someone is present more often than not, as he cannot be left alone for long periods due to his young age. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours a day, we will only consider your application if another adult in the household can care for him during the day. He is believed to do well with children, cats, and other dogs, but any resident pets should be gentle and experienced with very small dogs, and all interactions must be supervised.
Ongoing Health
No specific health conditions are noted. As his parentage is unknown, his future size and breed mix are a mystery, so adopters should be prepared for surprises.
Training & Support
Sebastian is still working on potty training and crate training. His new family will need to be committed to consistent training, frequent potty breaks, positive reinforcement, and patience. He is already showing himself to be brave and social, and puppies thrive with structure, routine, and supervision.
