He's playful, smart, and full of personality, with just the right mix of goofy puppy energy and sweet affection. Ernie is a bit timid on first introduction, but if you crouch down to him, he will come rest his head in your lap. He's a fast learner and loves his crate, which he sees as his safe, cozy space. If you're looking for a fun-loving, loyal companion who will grow into an amazing family dog, this sweet boy may be the perfect fit!

Ideal Home

Ernie would thrive in a home with other medium or large dogs who enjoy playing and helping him burn off some zoomies. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal so he can run, explore, and stretch those long legs.

Ongoing Health

Ernie is set to be neutered before going into his new home. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Ernie is nearly fully house-trained and just needs a little time to settle into a consistent routine. He has been working hard on socialization with both people and other dogs, along with basic puppy manners, leash skills, and confidence-building, and he is making great progress!
