Niko

Niko is a handsome Husky, estimated to be between 4-5 years old, who came to us as a stray. He has a bit of an independent streak, but once he warms up, he enjoys a good pet. Niko is looking for a patient owner who has experience with the Husky breed, as he can be an escape artist.

Ideal Home

Niko would do best in a home with previous Husky ownership experience. He needs a securely fenced yard with high fences to keep him safe. An adult-only home or one with teenagers aged 16 and up is preferred. Niko needs to be the only pet in the household.

Ongoing Health

Niko's $80 adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccinations.

Training & Support

Niko can be a bit of a puller on leash, so continued leash training will be beneficial.

Niko is located at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter in Somerset, NJ. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
