I recently went on a field trip with a PHS volunteer and here's how I did: I was so sweet and friendly! After some coaxing, I was a great car passenger. I was a little hesitant about going into the house but decided to be brave and check it out! I was very good on our walk, checking in with my handler frequently and liking being a good boy. We went to a big field and hung out for a while. While I was curious about my surroundings, I was also very focused on my handler and interacting with them. I was on a long line and was super good! We played a little fetch and then just sat while I chewed the ball. Back at the house, I investigated all the things and showed off my nosework skills during a 'find it' game, which I did great at. I went into the crate several times and tolerated the door closing without being scared or anxious. I even sat on the couch for a bit – I'm a very sweet, affectionate guy!
