Ivy

Ivy is a sweet young female Labrador Retriever who has had a bit of a rough start. After spending four months in a shelter and boarding facility, she's a little shy when meeting new people, especially in public. She tends to sit and shake but is not aggressive at all. Ivy is learning to trust again and enjoys cuddling with her foster parents, tilting her head when they talk to her as if she understands every word. She’s a pro at being potty trained and loves her big stuffed toys with squeakers!

Ideal Home

Ivy would thrive in a home where she can continue to build confidence. While she is learning to be more comfortable around strangers, she may do best in a quieter environment initially.

Ongoing Health

Ivy is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Ivy is 100% potty trained! She is still working on her confidence around new people, but her foster mom is helping her by having people offer her treats and affection. Patience and positive reinforcement will be key to helping her blossom.
