Tater - urgent

Tater is a lovely Labrador Retriever mix who was rescued from the side of the road a couple of years ago. He's been incredibly well-cared for since then, but he and his best buddy, Rutter, have gotten into some serious trouble. This is a courtesy listing for Tater and Rutter, as their owner is under court order to find them a home in a state that does not border Virginia by the end of May 2026, or they will be euthanized. The two boys chased a neighbor's goats, and while they didn't attack them, a couple of the goats died of fright. Tater and Rutter have also had other instances of escaping their containment and wandering onto other properties. Despite this past behavior, they are described as lovely dogs who will make great family companions.
