He was found patiently waiting at a dog park for a family that never returned. Thankfully, Peps Pals Rescue stepped in, and now Chance is looking for the one thing he deserves most: a family that will never leave him behind. Chance is a soulful, affectionate, and loyal companion who thrives on human connection. Whether he's joining you for a car ride or charming the baristas at Starbucks for his favorite pup-cup, he's a total crowd-pleaser! He is both house- and crate-trained and is a "sensible eater" who takes his time and savors his meals. Chance is great on a leash and loves being out and about. He's currently working on his "excited jumping" when meeting new people, but his eagerness to please makes him a fast learner. If there's water nearby, Chance is in! He loves to splash and play.

While he's fine with most dogs, he does not do well with larger dogs who share his dominant personality. He is okay with cats, though he would do best with a confident cat.
